HUT MANAGER’S DUTIES
•To place orders with Suppliers, as required.
•To check and store all deliveries and arrange to rectify any discrepancies
•To calculate retail sales prices to cover the financial needs of the Association in association with the Treasurer
•To attend meetings and report on sales profit and trends and any other matters as requested by the Committee
•To replenish stock in the Sales Hut, as required.
•To carry out an annual stock take by 31 December each year or at any other such times as the Executive Committee may decide
•To ensure the safekeeping of the equipment and property of the Association
